In order to print to the YMCA Kyocera Copiers, you will need to use a department print code.


  • On your Windows device, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners

  • Select [Printer Name] > Manage

  • Select Printer Properties

  • In the Properties window, select the Device Settings tab
  • Select Administrator

  • In the Administrator Settings window, select the Job Accounting tab
  • Check the "Job Accounting" box
  • Add your department print code into the "Use specific account ID"
    • If you don't know your department code, please ask your manager.
    • If you will print for several departments, select "Prompt for account ID" instead of "Use specific account ID"

  • Select "Ok" in the Admin Settings window, then BE SURE to go back to the Properties > General tab and add a Comment. Then, select "Ok" or "Apply". Any change to the comment text will do, as long as the Apply button is NOT greyed out.
    • The reason for this step is that sometimes the Printer Properties will not be notified that Admin changes have been made, and Properties will close out without saving to reduce power/memory usage.
